Recipe - Beef Brisket In Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients:

5 pound Beef brisket
1 tablespoon Garlic salt
One half tablespoon Salt
Pepper to taste
1 pack Lipton onion soup mix
One half cup Teriyaki sauce
1 One half cup Water

Cut most of fat off the brisket. Put brisket on rack in deep baking pan.
Sprinkle all sides of brisket with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Sprinkle
soup mix on top. Pour teriyaki sauce on top. Half of soup mixture will fall
off to make gravy. Pour 1 One half cups water in bottom of pan. Cover with foil
and bake at 275 degrees for 5 hours.
