Recipe - Beef Bowl

8 cup Hot cooked rice
1 pound Thin cut or sliced up beef; cut into
2" lengths
2 Stalks green onion
2 tablespoon Oil; (2 to 3)
SAUCE
1 cup Water
1/3 cup Soy sauce
1/3 cup Mirin
2 tablespoon Fresh ginger juice
Cut green onion diagonally into 1inch lengths or slice dry onion. In wok,
heat oil on high heat and stirfry onion for a few minutes. Add the beef
and continue to stirfry for another minute or so until meat is no longer
red. Add sauce, stirfry for another minute. Add ginger and remove from
heat. Serve 1 One half to 2 cups rice into each of 4 donburi bowls. Place
meatonion on the hot rice along with 2 to 3 tablespoons sauce. Cover and
serve immediately.
