Recipe - Beef Boulette Burgers

2 pound Ground Beef
1 cup Dairy Sour Cream
One half cup Bread Crumbs; Dry
4 ounce Mushrooms; *
2 tablespoon Onion; Finely Chopped
2 tablespoon Parsley; Snipped
1 One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
* Use 1 4oz can of mushroom stems and pieces, drained and chopped.
Mix all the ingredients together. Shape the mixture into 8 patties, each
about 3/4inch thick. Broil or grill the patties 4inches from the heat,
turning once, until the desired doneness is reached, about 10 to 15
minutes.
