Recipe - Beef Barley Skillet

One fourth pound Hamburger
4 tablespoon Chopped onion
2 tablespoon Chopped celery
2 tablespoon Chopped green pepper
1/8 teaspoon Tyme
One fourth teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
1 One half tablespoon Chile sauce
2/3 cup Canned tomatoes
One half cup Water
One fourth cup Pearl barley, salt&pepper

Saute beef, onion, celery and green pepper. Pour off fat and stir in rest
of the ingredients and bring to a boil then turn down heat and simmer until
barley is cooked.
