Recipe - Beautiful Bagel Sandwiches

4 Bagels; cut or sliced up in half
1 cup Alfalfa sprouts
4 ounce Monterey Jack; cut or sliced up
6 ounce Smoked salmon; thinly cut or sliced up
2 Kiwifruit; peeled, thinly
cut or sliced up

HORSERADISH SAUCE
One fourth cup Dairy sour cream
One fourth cup Mayonnaise
One fourth cup Freshly grated horseradish

Prepare Horseradish Sauce by thoroughly mixing all three ingredients.
Spread layer of sauce on each bagel half. Sprinkle sprouts on each half,
then layer with cheese & salmon. Top each half with kiwifruit slices,
arranged in an overlapping ring. If warmed bagels are desired, heat before
adding kiwifruit. Makes 4 to 8 servings.
