Recipe - Beans With Vinaigrette

1 pound Fresh green beans
2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Dijon mustard
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
3 tablespoon Olive oil
Steam green beans until crisptender. Mix remaining ingredients in jar with
tightfitting lid; shake well. Drain beans; pour dressing over beans and
toss well.
NOTES : Carrot strips or red bell pepper strips steamed with the beans make
a colorful addition.
