Recipe - Bean Bean Bean Bake

Ingredients:

2 sl Buttered bread; broken up
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 Hard cooked eggs; cut up
1 md Onion; quartered
1 Clove garlic
2 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Steak sauce
1 ds Hot pepper sauce
1 One half cup Cooked green beans
1 One half cup Cooked lima beans
1 One half cup Cooked kidney beans

In covered blender jar, blend bread piece by piece at low speed until
crumbed. Set aside. Blend mayonnaise, eggs, onion, garlic, lemon juice and
seasonings at high speed until smooth. In a 1 One half quart casserole, layer
half of each kind of bean and half the sauce; repeat. Sprinkle crumbs over
all. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes until brown and bubbly. Serves 8.
