Recipe - Beahms Ozark Pudding

1 Egg
1 cup Sugar
2 tablespoon Flour
1 One fourth teaspoon Baking powder
1/8 teaspoon Salt
One half cup Chopped pecans
2 Chopped Granny Smith apples
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 small Can crushed pineapples*;
(optional)
Beat eggs and sugar until smooth. Mix flour, baking powder and salt, then
stir into the eggsugar mixture. Add apples, nuts, and vanilla and
pineapple if preferred. Bake in buttered pie pan in 350 degree oven for 30
minutes. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream or frozen yogurt. busted by
