Recipe - Bcs Tangy Cranberry Marinade

One half cup Dried cranberries
1 1inch piece peeled
Gingerroot
3 Cloves garlic
1 small Serrano chili or
1 T chopped green chilies
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
One fourth cup Lime juice
3 tablespoon Soy sauce
One half teaspoon Salt
Place all ingredients in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high
speed 1 minute. Makes about 1 One fourth cups.
