Recipe - Bcs Rosemary-Wine Marinade

2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh rosemary
Or 1 t dried rosemary
1 Clove garlic, minced
One half cup Dry red wine or grape juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth teaspoon Pepper
Heat oil in 1 1/2quart saucepan over medium heat. Cook rosemary and garlic
in oil, stirring frequently, until garlic is tender; remove from heat. Stir
in wine, sugar, salt and pepper.
