Recipe - Bbq Spareribs

Categories: None, Bbq Spareribs
Ingredients:

8 pound Pork or beef ribs; (up to 9)

SAUCE
1 cup Chilli sauce; (Heinz)
1 cup Onion BBQ SAUCE; (Heinz)
One half cup Maple syrup
One fourth cup White wine
2 tablespoon Strong mustard
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Worchestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Soya sauce
2 Cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon Tobasco

Boil ribs, simmer these for 45 min. Let cool. SAUCE: Mean will mix
together.

When the meat is cooked, put in a big dish, (I use two, If you have no
covers, cover with plastic wrap) Add the sauce and mix well to cover every
piece of rib. Cover. Let marinate 8 to 24 hours. (I know it's long but...)
They can be cooked on the BBQ. but I'm sure also in the oven. BBQ cooking
time is 2530 min.

I don't know where you are in Canada, but I'm in Quebec and (not to get any
jealous reactions) but our BBQ is closed in, there is a window I can open,
we BBQ all year round.
