Recipe - Bbq Sause

1 (up to)
2 cup BBQ sause of your choice
(sorry I cheated; but this
is a great base)
1 teaspoon Crushed red pepper (careful
with this if you don't like
hot stuff)
2 (up to)
3 tablespoon Grape juice (canned last
fall with Concord grapes)
1 Soy sause
2 (up to)
3 tablespoon Honey
1 (up to)
2 tablespoon Pure maple syrup
3 (up to)
5 Cloves garlic (minced fine)
Salt & pepper to taste
