Recipe - Bbq Sauce - Texas Style

One half cup Vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Large onion, minced
2 Cloves garlic, pressed or
Diced fine
1 Juice of one lemon
1 Grated peel of one lemon
One half cup Catsup
One half teaspoon Bottled hot pepper sauce
1 tablespoon Salt
One half teaspoon Chili powder
1 ds Sage
Combine ingredients; stir and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with broiled
chicken or ribs.
