Recipe - Bayou Grilled Tuna

Three fourths cup Golden Dipt Cajun Style
Seafood

MARINADE
1 One half pound Tuna steaks

Pour Cajun Style Seafood Marinade evenly over fish, let stand 20 to 30
minutes, turning several times. Cook on an open grill over mediumhot
coals. Baste and turn once. Fish is done when flesh is opaque.

"10 MINUTE RULE": Cook fish approximately 10 minutes for every inch of
thickness.

Serve with Tossed salad, green beans, and French bread. Recipe by Golden
