Ingredients:
Bayou Bean Soup recipe makes 6 Servings
1 pt Mixed dry beans
2 Onions; chopped
1 Green pepper
2 Stalks celery
1 cup Whole tomatoes; cut in
fourths
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Soak beans overnight. Cook in 2 quarts water beef bone and ham. Add smoked
sausage and cook until done. Salt to taste. Serves 6.
