Recipe - Bay Seafood Seasoning Blend

1 tablespoon Ground bay leaves
2 One half teaspoon Celery salt
1 One half teaspoon Dry mustard
1 One half teaspoon Black pepper
Three fourths teaspoon Ground nutmeg
One half teaspoon Ground cloves
One half teaspoon Ground ginger
One half teaspoon Paprika
One half teaspoon Red pepper (cayenne)
One fourth teaspoon Ground mace (optional)
One fourth teaspoon Ground cardamom (optional)
