Ingredients:
Bay Scallops Saute recipe makes 6 Servings
1 pound Bay scallops
2 tablespoon Butter
1 Minced garlic clove
One half cup Chopped fresh parsley
Freshly ground pepper
In skillet melt butter & add garlic. Cook until garlic is golden
brown. Add scallops & parsley. Cook 23 minutes, stirring often.
Sprinkle with pepper & serve.
