Recipe - Bay Head Cream Cheese Spread

8 ounce Cream cheese
Chinese duck sauce
Garlic and curry powders

Soften cheese and add flavorings to taste. Mound in a serving dish and
cover generously with duck sauce. Serve with crackers.
