Ingredients:
Batter For Fried Feggies recipe makes 8 Servings
1 Egg yolk; beaten
3/8 cup Milk
One half cup Sifted flour
1 tablespoon Melted butter
1 One fourth teaspoon Baking powder
Salt and pepper
Mix egg, milk and butter. Add flour and baking powder. Beat until smooth.
Add salt and pepper.
