12 pound Chuck Or Arm Roast
One half teaspoon Garlic salt
2 teaspoon Celery Salt
1 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoon Vinegar
2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
2 teaspoon Onion Salt
2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet
Place unseasoned Roast in Roaster with 1 inch water. Cover and cook 34
hours depending on sixe of roast. Add sauce and baste. Continue to cook
covered til tender. Thicken liquid with flour.
