2 cup Basmati (white or brown)
cooked according
To package instructions
One half cup Grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon Dry basil (or one bunch
fresh chopped)
One half teaspoon Pepper
One half teaspoon Salt; optional
2 Cloves minced garlic; to
taste
4 ounce Sliced black olives; drained
Three fourths cup Sundried tomatoes;
rehydrated and
Chopped
1 tablespoon Olive oil; optional
Put cooked basmati into large mixing bowl. Toss hot rice with remaining
ingredients using wooden spoons to avoid breaking grains. Serve
immediately.
