Recipe - Basil-Garlic Chicken Breasts

One half cup Balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoon Light molasses
1 tablespoon Coarsely ground pepper
3/8 cup Fresh basil leaves
1 One half tablespoon Olive oil
2 One fourth tablespoon Minced garlic
12 ounce Chicken breast halves
without skin
In small saucepan, heat vinegar to boiling over mediumhigh heat and cook
until reduced by half about 5 minutes. Stir in molasses and pepper.
Remove saucepan from heat and set aside. Marinate chicken in this marinade.
In small bowl, combine basil, oil, garlic and salt. Rub both sides of
chicken with basil mix.
Place chicken on grill over medium and cook about 8 minutes. Baste with
marinade. Turn over and grilled about 6 mintues until done.
