One fourth cup Finely chopped green onions
2 tablespoon Chopped fresh basil
{or 2 teaspoons dried basil
leaves}
2 tablespoon Olive or vegetable oil
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x
2inches, with nonstick cooking spray.
2. Place potatoes in pan. Sprinkle with onions and basil. Drizzle
with oil; stir to coat.
3. Bake uncovered about 1 One fourth hours, stirring occasionally, until
potato skins are crispy and potatoes are tender.
