One half teaspoon Salt
1 cup Cornmeal
Basics for new cooks:
In large saucepan, bring water and salt to boil over high heat; reduce heat
to medium. Gradually whisk in cornmeal; cook, stirring constantly, for
2025 minutes or until thick enough to mound. Makes 3One half cups, or 4
servings.
