Recipe - Basic Sponge

1 cup Bread Flour
2 teaspoon Sugar
1 pack Dry Yeast; (2 One half Tsp)
Three fourths cup Very Warm Water; 120 To 130
Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with knife.
Place all the ingredients in a food processor, and process for 1 minute or
until wellblended. Spoon mixture into a medium bowl; cover and chill
sponge for 2 to 24 hours.
