Ingredients:
Basic Smoothie recipe makes 1 Servings
2 Ripe bananas (frozen; if
desired)
One half cup Fruit juice; (apple or
orange)
2 Oranges or apples (chopped;
peeled and seeded), or,
similar amount of peaches,
strawberries, etc.
Blend well, then fill rest of blender with ice. Puree! (23 servings)
