Recipe - Basic Roquefort Dressing

Ingredients:
Basic Roquefort Dressing recipe makes 1 Loaf
1 cup Roquefort (or Blue) cheese
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2/3 cup Salad oil
2 tablespoon Vinegar
Mash cheese with a little oil. Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice,
vinegar and balance of oil. Shake well until creamy. There are lots of
recipes, but this is my personal favorite. Enjoy.
