Ingredients:
Basic Rolled Biscuits recipe makes About 2 Cups
2 cup Allpurpose flour
2 One half teaspoon Baking powder
One half teaspoon Salt; (up to 3/4)
5 tablespoon Cold; unsalted butter, cut
into pieces, up to 6
4 tablespoon Buttermilk powder;
(optional)

The recipe calls for Three fourths c. milk when making rolled biscuits, but you
wouldn't add it when you're simply making the biscuit mix.
NOTE: keep mix refrigerated until use
