Ingredients:
Basic Pork Rub recipe makes 2 (12-inch) Pizza Cr
One fourth cup Black Pepper
One fourth cup Paprika
3 tablespoon Sugar
2 tablespoon Salt
2 teaspoon Dry mustard
2 teaspoon Cayenne
Mix all ingredients. Work One half half mixture into meat 1224 hours before
cooking. Apply remaining rub before smoking.
