Recipe - Basic Oatburger

Ingredients:

4 One half cup Water
1/3 cup Oil OR
1 Large onion, minced
One fourth cup Italian seasoning
One half cup Soy sauce
One half cup Nuts, ground
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
One fourth cup Flaked

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Turn down heat and add 4 One half c. rolled
oats. Do not stir. Cook about five minutes. Then set aside to cool. Form
patties with oiled mason jar lid. Place on oiled cookie sheet. Bake at 350
degrees for about 45 minutes, turning every 15 minutes. Serve with ketchup
or gravy. Makes about 20 ~25 medium sized burgers. (From _Vegetarian
