Recipe - Basic Muffins
Categories: Low-cal, Low-fat, Muffins, Basic Muffins
2 cup Wholewheat flour
2 teaspoon Baking powder
One fourth cup Honey
2 cup Water; * see note
2 tablespoon Applesauce
One half teaspoon Vanilla
Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients. Fold dry and wet
ingredients together, until just moistened. Spoon into lightly oiled or
nonstick muffin tins. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
NOTES : * or nut milk instead of water
