Recipe - Basic Mopping Sauce

1 cup Strong coffee
One half cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup Ketchup
One fourth cup Unsalted butter (try marg.)
1 tablespoon Fresh ground pepper
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Salt

Yield 2One half cups Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Simmer uncovered
stirring frequently, until the sauce thickens about 30 min.
Note: "Because of is low sugar content the sauce can be mopped onto beef or
poultry without fear of burning."
