Recipe - Basic Freezer Ice Cream

Ingredients:
Basic Freezer Ice Cream recipe makes 6 Appetizers
4 Eggs
3 cup Sugar (or less)
2 teaspoon Vanilla
3 cn (16oz) evaporated milk
1 cup Milk
3 cup Peaches or other fruit;
optional
Beat eggs & sugar until frothy & mixed well. Add milk & mix well. Add
vanilla. Pour into electric freezer & freeze. Yields 3 quarts plain or 1
gallon with fruit.
