Recipe - Basic Fat Burning Soup

3 lg White onions
1 lg Green bell pepper
One half lg Head of cabbage
One half bn Celery
One half bn Chopped carrots
1 cn (32 oz) of tomatoes
1 pack Lipton Onion Soup Mix
Seasonings to taste and/or
bouillon
Cut veggies into small pieces, cover with water. Boil fast for ten minutes.
Change to Simmer and continue cooking until veggies are just tender. DO NOT
eat just soup alone or you will become undernourished, follow daily plan.
DO NOT drink alcoholic beverages.
