Recipe - Basic Chinese Sauces

One half cup Water
4 teaspoon Cornstarch
4 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Sesame oil
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce
1 teaspoon Chili paste
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Stirfry your
meat first and set aside; then stirfry your vegetables, return meat
to wok or skillet with the sauce mixture. This recipe would be for
using 1 pound of meat, but I like to double this recipe as we like a lot
of sauce.
