Recipe - Basic Baking Mix (Sweet)

3 One fourth cup Allpurpose flour; unsifted
2 One fourth cup Sugar
1 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
One half cup Cornstarch
1 tablespoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 One half teaspoon Salt

Sift together all ingredients. Store in tightly covered container at cool
room temperature. Stir before using. Makes 7 cups mix. Posted to MCRecipe
