Categories: Bread Machi, Breads, Low Fat, Barley And Oat Bread R T
Ingredients:

1 One half LB LOAF
2 One fourth teaspoon Active dry yeast
2 One half cup Bread flour
Three fourths cup Barley flour
1/3 cup Rolled oats
3 tablespoon Wheat germ
3 tablespoon Nonfat dry milk powder
3 tablespoon Orange zest; grated
3 tablespoon Sesame seeds; optional
1 One half teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoon Honey
1 One half teaspoon Wonderslim; * see note
1 1/3 cup Water

1 LB LOAF
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
1 2/3 cup Bread flour
One half cup Barley flour
One fourth cup Rolled oats
2 tablespoon Wheat germ
2 tablespoon Nonfat dry milk powder
2 tablespoon Orange zest; grated
2 tablespoon Sesame seeds; optional
1 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoon Honey
1 One half teaspoon Wonderslim; * see note
Three fourths cup Water; + 2 Tablespoons

*NOTE: The original recipe used 1 One half T vegetable oil (1 T).

A moist and chewy loaf like this one makes good peanut butter, tuna, or
fresh ham sandwiches and excellent toast. It goes well with vegetable and
meat soups, especially Scotch broth.

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine manual and
process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's
directions. Eat warm but not hot or cool.
