Recipe - Barley Casserole

1 cup Pearl barley; rinsed
One fourth cup Butter
1 md Onion; chopped
1 cn (10 oz.) mushroom pieces;
drained
1 Envelope French onion soup
mix
3 cup Chicken broth

Melt butter in frying pan. Add onions and barley. Cook until onions are
transparent and barley is browned. Add chicken broth, mushrooms and onion
soup mix. Bring to a boil. Turn into 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake at
350 F for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 30 minutes.
