Recipe - Barley Bread

Small Loaf
Three fourths cup Vegetable broth; or water
1 tablespoon Canola oil
1 lg Egg
1 One half cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
Three fourths cup Barley flour
One fourth cup Millet flour
1 tablespoon Dark brown sugar; packed
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Vital wheat gluten
1 One half teaspoon Active dry yeast
Large Loaf
1 One half cup Vegetable broth; or water
4 teaspoon Canola oil
2 lg Eggs
3 cup Allpurpose flour;
unbleached
1 One fourth cup Barley flour
One half cup Millet flour
2 tablespoon Dark brown sugar; packed
1 One half teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Vital wheat gluten
2 teaspoon Active dry yeast
Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure all other
ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over dry
ingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake cycle on
your machine for this loaf.
