Recipe - Bargain Barn Caramel Chews

One half pound Margarine
2 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 pack (16oz) brown sugar
1 Three fourths cup Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
Three fourths cup Chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350ø. Melt margarine. Add remaining ingredients and mix
well. Mixture will be thick. Pour into a 9x13 baking pan. Bake for 25 to 30
minutes. Check for doneness after 25 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. These freeze
nicely. Yield: 24 to 28 squares.
