Categories: Crisps & Co, Desserts, Fruits, Barbs Best Crisp
Ingredients:

6 cup Sliced fruit (your choice)
1 Stick butter or margarine;
melted
1 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Flour
One half cup Rolled oats
Three fourths teaspoon Cinnamon
1 pn Salt; if desired
One fourth cup Water; as needed

Butter a 9x9" baking pan. Place cut or sliced up fruit in pan. Works great with
any firm fleshed fruit like apples, peaches, plums even oranges). Add
water to fruit. If the fruit is dry or wet, adjust water accordingly.

Mix melted butter or margarine, brown sugar, flour, oats, cinnamon and salt
together to make a coarse mixture. Pat topping mix onto fruit, covering it
completely. Bake 1 hour at 350 oF. Serve warm (with ice cream!).
