One half cup Prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
1 One half cup Brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tablespoon Black pepper
1 5oz bottle steak sauce
One half cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 12oz bottle beer
2 teaspoon Mince garlic
Combine all ingredients, except garlic, in saucepan and simmer 30 minutes
over medium heat. Add minced garlic before using. Baste meat during last
15 minutes of grilling time.
