Ingredients:

1 pound Lean pork roast (fat trimmed
off) or 3 pounds lean ribs
One fourth cup Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Salad oil
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne
1/8 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Ground cloves

Cut pork into bitesize pieces. Combine ingredients in plastic bag and
marinate 1 to 2 hours. Remove meat from bag and discard marinade. Put meat
on small rack or skewers and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4.
