cut or sliced up
New Mexico BBQ Sauce
2 Haas avocados; coarsely
chopped
2 Tomatoes,seeded; coarsely
minced
6 ounce Blue cheese, good quality
6 ounce Cayenne Buttermilk Dressing
Romaine lettuce; Chopped
Toss romaine lettuce in CayenneButtermilk dressing, season with salt and
freshly ground pepper. Top with chicken, avocado, tomatoes, and blue
cheese.
