Recipe - Barbecue French Bread Pizza

Ingredients:

1 16oz loaf French bread
2 tablespoon Olive oil or oil
1 Clove garlic; minced
2 cup Thinly cut or sliced up cooked pork;
about 10 oz
1 md Onion; thinly cut or sliced up ,
separated into rings
Three fourths cup Barbecue sauce
1 One half cup Shredded Muenster cheese;
about 6 oz

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut bread in half lenthwise. Place, cut side up,
on ungreased cookie sheet. In small bowl, combine oil and garlic. Brush on
cut surface of bread halves.

In medium saucepan, combine pork, onion and barbecue sauce. Cook 58
minutes or until mixture is hot and onion is tender, stirring frequently.
Spoon pork mixture evenly onto each bread half; top with cheese.

Bake at 375 for 1520 minutes or until cheese is melted.
