For a 3 One half or 4 qt
Cooker
One half cup Catsup
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 tablespoon Quickcooking tapioca
1 tablespoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One fourth teaspoon Ground cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Crushed red pepper
2 One half pound Turkey thighs; frozen
For a 5 or 6 qt Cooker
Three fourths cup Catsup
3 tablespoon Brown sugar
4 teaspoon Quickcooking tapioca
4 tablespoon Vinegar
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
One fourth teaspoon Ground cinnamon
One fourth teaspoon Crushed red pepper
3 One half pound Turkey thighs; frozen
In the crockery cooker combine all ingredients except the turkey. Place
frozen tukey thighs atop the catsup mixture, meaty side down and flat on
the cooker. Cover and cook on low heat for 10 to 12 hour or high heat for
