BASE
2/3 cup Warm water
1 tablespoon Molasses
1 pack Yeast; quickacting
1 cup Semolina flour
One half cup Whole wheat flour
One half cup Allpurpose flour
1 teaspoon Olive oil
TOPPING
8 ounce Pork tenderloin; cut or sliced up
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 cup Barbecue sauce
1 Tart apples; cut or sliced up
8 ounce Smoked lowfat provolone
cheese; shredded
1. Preheat oven to 375'F 2. Mix ingrediants for base in Bread Maker. Allow
to rise for 1015min. 3. Punch dough down and into shape for base. Place in
oven and bake until firm. 4. In a bowl, toss pork with mustard, spinkle
with majoram and bake for 15min in oven,
5. Increase oven temperature to 450'F. Brush pizza crust with olive oil and
top with barbecue sauce, pork, apples and cheese. Bake for 67min or until
cheese is brown.
