Ingredients:

2 lg Banana; (to 3)
2 Limes; juiced
Zest of 2 limes
Sugar; to taste
Ginger ale; to taste
Crushed ice

Puree the bananas in a blender with the lime zest and juice and a little
ginger ale. Taste and add sugar, if desired. place crushed ice in the
bottom of each glass, pour the mixture over and top up with more ginger
ale.
