1 One fourth teaspoon Active Baker's Yeast
1 cup Bread Flour
2 tablespoon Wheat Germ
2 tablespoon Powdered Milk
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Nutmeg; Grated
One half teaspoon Vegetable Oil
Three fourths cup Mashed Bananas
One half cup Sour Cream; Or Yogurt
One fourth cup Water
1 One fourth cup Raisins; Or Chopped Nuts
for 1 One half Pound Loaf
2 teaspoon Active Baker's Yeast
3 cup Bread Flour
3 tablespoon Wheat Germ
3 tablespoon Powdered Milk
1 One half tablespoon Sugar
1 One half teaspoon Salt
Three fourths teaspoon Nutmeg; grated
1 One half tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 cup + 2 Tbsp Mashed Bananas
Three fourths cup Sour Cream; Or Yogurt
One fourth cup + 1 Tbsp Water
Three fourths cup Raisins; Or Chopped Nuts
1. Add all ingredients except raisins or nuts, in order suggested by bread
machine manual and process on basic bread cycle.
2. At beeper or end of first kneading, add raisins or nuts.
