1 Egg lightly beaten
4 fl Milk
2 fl Vegetable oil
3 One half ounce Granulated sugar
7 ounce Mashed banana
1 teaspoon Vanilla
5 ounce Wholemeal flour
1 teaspoon Baking soda
1 teaspoon Baking powder
2 ounce Oat bran
4 ounce Raisins
I dont know the fat content of normal muffins this one is 5gram/muffin,
and healthy!

In bowl, combine egg, milk, oil, sugar, bananas and vanilla. Mix well, In
another bowl mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder, oatbran and
raisins. Stir into egg mixture taking care not to over mix.
Spoon into muffin tins filling each about 2/3 full. Bake in 400 F (200 C
Gas mark6) for twenty to twenty five minutes.
